Fall is here!

It's been a quiet week in Århus, my home town, out on the edge of the Baltic sea...
speaking of which... maybe you'd like to see the edge of the Baltic sea?
This picture is from the hill near my house.. I was too lazy to walk all the way (half an hour on foot) down to the beach.

The colors are changing

There are fruits and berries everywhere.

Then, I learnt how great tabby stripes are for camouflage..... find the ferocious hunter here.

I took a bunch of pictures of him hunting... and you basically can't see the bugger except on this last one where he's stalking away.

Oh, yeah, and while I was taking pictures of the roses... I saw this little dude - Now, I know snails probably don't have too much brain to make smart decisions with, but how did he even practically get himself up there without turning into shaslik?

Other snails are much more sensible

So, those were the news from Århus, where all the women are strong, all the cats are good looking and the decisions of snails are great mysteries.
